PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

When we enter into an agreement with you and your company, we collect data because we are obliged to comply with the Money Laundering Act (2017:630).

We are of course keen that you should always feel secure that we process your personal data responsibly with regard to your integrity and that we are transparent with what information we collect about you, how this data may be used and for how long your personal data data is stored with us.

The new Data Protection Regulation, which entered into force on 25 May 2018, has strengthened your rights to control how you want us to handle personal data linked to you as a customer of ours. Among other things, you have the right to a so-called register extract, get your data corrected, give and withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data and opt out of direct marketing from us. You can also object to the processing of personal data based on legitimate interest and have your data deleted when there is no longer a legitimate reason for continued processing of your data. You also have the option to limit your data if you believe that the data we have stored about you is not correct and, under certain circumstances, to be able to move your data or certain data about you (so-called data portability).
